In February of 2001, serial killer Eldon Andrew Porter, following the tenets of the Malleus Maleficarum, tortured and subsequently murdered several innocent people - his own modern day Witch hunt. He narrowly escaped apprehension by the Greater Saint Louis Major Case Squad. In December of the same year, he returned to Saint Louis bent on revenge.
